Mr. Hindawi has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2024. Mr. Hindawi is the Executive Chairman and former CEO of Tanium, a private venture-backed endpoint management and cyber security company which he co-founded in 2007. Mr. Hindawi served as the CEO of Tanium from 2016 to 2023 and has served as the Executive Chairman of Tanium since February 2023. Mr. Hindawi has led the development of enterprise-scale endpoint security and management platforms for the past 18 years at BigFix, Inc. (acquired by International Business Machines Corp. in 2010) and Tanium, in addition to holding multiple software patents in network communications and systems management.
