Ben Hakim

President and Director

Mr. Hakim has served as our President since June 2024 and as a member of our board of directors since February 2025. Mr. Hakim joined our investment team in 2012. He has also served as President of Pershing Square SPARC Holdings, Ltd. sinceNovember 2021 and as a member of the Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. Board of Directors since May 2024 and previously served as President of Pershing Square Tontine Holdings, Ltd.

Mr. Hakim was previously a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone Inc., where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group for 13 years.

Mr. Hakim received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 1997.
