Michael Gonnella

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gonnella has served as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2017. Mr. Gonnella also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Pershing Square SPARC Holdings, Ltd., and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Pershing Square Tontine Holdings, Ltd. Mr. Gonnella joined our firm in 2005. Prior to his appointment as our Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gonnella served as our senior controller.

Mr. Gonnella is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University in 2002 and his Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Rutgers Business School.
